  • Aprašymas: The documentary black-and-white footage by filmmaker Ernst Hirsch dates from 1963 and shows final work on the Zwinger, which was destroyed in the air raids on Dresden in 1945 and then rebuilt, as well as the sinking of a time capsule in Hercules' globe on top of the Wall Pavilion on April 29, 1963 to mark the completion of the exterior reconstruction.
    This film was digitized as part of the model project "Sicherung des audiovisuellen Erbes in Sachsen" (Securing Audiovisual Heritage in Saxony) of the Film Association of Saxony (2018) in cooperation with: Hirsch Film Filmproduktion, Sächsische Landesbibliothek - Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek, funded by: Saxon State Ministry for Science and Art.
